Return Conditions
Any defective goods must be returned within 30 days unused, in there original condition, and original packaging to claim a full refund. Any products found to be damaged through misuse will not be subject to any refund. No refunds will be given to any defective items owned in excess of 30 days.

Unwanted items: 1-4-me offer a full refund minus a restocking fee of £5.00 on any unwanted items within 14 days of purchase as long as the goods are unopened and unused. All post and packaging costs are to be paid by the customer

Please ensure that clothing / lingerie. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

We offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, simply return your goods to us within 7 days of receiving your order. All products returned must be unopened and unused. All post and packaging costs are to be paid by the customer.
