All of our products are despatched via The Royal Mail free of charge (Although you can upgrade your carriage to Special Delivery for guaranteed next day delivery.) The Royal Mail state that 92% of all 1st class deliveries arrive the next day - but please allow up to 3 working days for 1st class recorded, 5 working days for 2nd class recorded.

If you would like to upgrade your order to Special Delivery for guaranteed next day delivery (mainland U.K only) then there will be a set charge of £7.50 per order.

Your order can be upgraded to Special Delivery by clicking on the Next Day "Add 24hr " button which is on your shopping basket page.

For same day despatch all orders must be received by 3pm, although we will try to despatch later orders wherever possible and despatch is available Monday to Friday only.

All products are despatched in discreet and very secure packaging.

The name "Paypal*Admin" will appear on all bank/credit card statements.
